Research on the Application of Darts Narrow Clothing Culture Genes in New Chinese Women's Wear Design

Abstract：The historical research and comparative research methods were adopted to sort out the development context of the slim-fit clothing culture in the East and the West,while reasons of the ex-istence were analyzed.The case analysis method and comparative analysis method were employed,taking current well-known new Chinese clothing brands as examples.Their clothing structures were analyzed,and the important role of the dart in new Chinese women's clothing was identified.Corre-sponding solutions to improve the clothing structure were put forward in the study.
