Research on the Application of Kunqu Opera's Visual Elements in Modern Fashion from A Narrative Perspective

Abstract：The visual elements and aesthetic characteristics of Kunqu Opera were analyzed in the paper.Taking the Kunqu Opera of the Palace of Eternal Life(Changsheng Dian)as a case for re-search.The narrative-oriented visual motifs were extracted and transformed.The innovative transfor-mation methods of the visual elements of Kunqu Opera were explored.The application of narrative structures and visual elements of Kunqu Opera in modern fashion design was analyzed.As a result,the narrative transformation application methods of Kunqu Opera's visual elements in modern clothing design have been explored,injecting cultural depth and narrative tension into modern clothing design.
