Abstract:By integrating silver nanowire-polyimide composite sensing units onto an elastic fabric substrate, the electrode layout and signal conditioning circuit were optimized, then the high-precision bioelectrical signal acquisition was achieved.Experimental tests demonstrated that the noise level of the sensor was controlled below 12 μV in the frequency band of 0.5 Hz~100 Hz,and the input im-pedance was measured as 5.2 MΩ.In tests performed on mannequins and healthy subjects, the wave-form correlation coefficient between the collected electrocardiogram(ECG)signals and those obtained from commercial devices reached as high as 0.96.The performance degradation was less than 3%af-ter 50 standard washing cycles, and the user comfort score of 4.5 out of 5.0 was achieved. The novel paradigm from the perspective of textile engineering was provided by this design for wearable health monitoring systems, and significant application potential was exhibited in telemedicine and chronic disease management.
