Abstract:A smart garment system integrated with standard five-lead electrocardiogram(ECG)monitoring function was developed in this study.Silver-polyurethane core-shell structured conductive fiber fabric electrodes were adopted in the system, and clinical-grade ECG signal acquisition was a-chieved through precise electrode positioning.A deep learning model with a hybrid CNN-BiLSTM-At-tention architecture was utilized for the real-time identification of six types of arrhythmias.Experi-mental results demonstrated that the system was verified on 45 subjects. The signal-to-noise ratio was measured as 34.6 dB±2.1 dB.The arrhythmia recognition accuracy, sensitivity and specificity were determined to be 98.87%,98.24%and 99.41%,respectively.The early warning response time was recorded as 1.68 s±0.29 s,with a false alarm rate of 0.35 events per day. After 50 cycles of standard washing, the electrode performance retention rate of the garment was maintained at 96.8%,and the comfort score was rated as 4.9.The seamless integration of clinical-standard ECG monitoring and dai-ly clothing was realized by the proposed system, and an innovative solution for the early warning of cardiovascular diseases was provided.
