Abstract：The modernization transformation strategy of traditional craft Lu Brocade was ex-plored,by using literature research and field investigation methods,and collaborating with schools,enterprises,and industries in the paper.The innovative model of intangible cultural heritage skills,modern design,and industrial demand had been proposed,which enhanced the market competitive-ness of Lu Brocade products through digital technology empowerment,material innovation and im-provement,and design ideas that meet market demand.Taking the 2021-2023 Lu Brocade industrial upgrading project in juancheng as a practical case,the effectiveness and feasibility of the three element innovation model were verified,providing a practical example for the inheritance and development of other intangible cultural heritage projects.
