Application of Near Infrared Spectroscopy in Rapid Inspection of Textile Composition

Abstract：Near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)has significant advantages in the inspection of tex-tile components due to its rapid,non-destructive and multi-component simultaneous detection capabil-ities.This technology can accurately identify different fiber components and their contents through the combination of spectral data and chemometric models.The technical principle,spectral feature a-nalysis method,application process,advantages and challenges in textile composition inspection were summarized in this paper,and its application effect and technological innovation direction in actual production through cases were showed,so as to provide an efficient detection scheme for the textile-test industry.
