Abstract：Research and development of single spindle auxiliary suction system of auto winder was proposed in this paper.The single spindle auxiliary suction device was designed and the control strate-gy of this system was developed by PLC.The main purpose of this system was to ensure that lint,fly,short fibers,and other impurities adsorbed on the surface of the tube yarn were removed during yarn unwinding.Moreover,the impact on production quality and efficiency by impurity accumulation were effectively prevented.The effectiveness and necessity of this system were verified through exper-imental result,which also provided kinetic energy for production of high-quality cheese yarn,green and automatic upgrade of auto winder.
