Abstract：Aiming at the key problems such as low color fastness,poor color uniformity and color homochromatic difference in dyeing process of woolm linen and silk blended yarns,the effects of fiber characteristics,loose tube process,dye selection and dyeing process parameters on dyeing effect were analyzed comprehensively.Through experimental research and production practice,the uniformity of dyeing was realized,the color fastness index was improved,and a set of high efficiency dyeing process of bobbin yarn was explored.The application of wool,linen and silk blended yarns in the development of worsted fabrics is expanded,and the sustainable development of textile industry is promoted.
