Analysis of Electrical Automation Debugging and Optimized Operation of Carding Machine Based on PLC Control

Abstract：The role of PLC control system in feed control,discharge management and information collection in carding machine was expounded in the paper.The key issues involved in parameter con-figuration,dynamic adjustment,and fault identification during system operation were analyzed.For operational optimization,a method of closed-loop control and data connectivity was proposed to a-chieve stable and efficient production.The test results show that the production efficiency,fiber uni-formity,and equipment stability of the improved system have been significantly improved.While en-ergy consumption and failure rate is reduced,providing a reference for the intelligent upgrade of tex-tile equipment.
