Treatment of Filling Band Defects on the Fabric Surface of RFRL31 High-Speed Rapier Loom

Abstract：The classification of filling band defects in rapier looms was introduced.RFRL31 high-speed rapier loom was taken as an example,the causes of different filling bands defects were analyzed,the fault trees for solving the problem and detailed explanations for each link were described.Through production examples,the operation methods for solving filling band defects were explained.It is pointed that the causes of filling band defects on rapier looms are complex and varied,Based on accu-mulated experience,troubleshooting and adjusting parameters step by step,the occurrence of filling band defects could be reduced and eliminated.
