Abstract：As a classic cotton twill fabric,denim fabric is widely loved because of its wear-resist-ant and strong characteristics.As time goes by,jeans have undergone many innovations and improve-ments.With the advancement of technology and the improvement of people's environmental aware-ness,the production process of denim fabrics is also constantly evolving and innovating to meet the needs of the market for personalization,comfort and sustainability.This paper analyzed the produc-tion process of denim fabric,the application of new fibers in denim fabric,and looked forward to the development trend and direction of denim fabric.
