Abstract：In this paper,biomass material were used as the degradable masterbatch,and the for-mulation and preparation process of the masterbatch were continuously optimized,so that the compat-ibility of the degradable masterbatch and polypropylene(PP)can be improved,and the PP biodegrad-able non-woven fabric were prepared.By studying the differences in physical properties of non-woven fabrics,it is found that PP biodegradable non-woven fabrics can be biodegraded under anaerobic condi-tions,effectively solving the pollution problem of PP non-woven fabrics after wasted.Under high temperature and room temperature conditions,the retention rate of physical properties of the prepared PP biodegradable non-woven fabrics was comparable to that of traditional PP non-woven fabrics,and the shelf life can be guaranteed.The degradation rate can reach 5.28%in 45 days under anaerobic en-vironment.
