Abstract：The multifunctional requirements such as negative ions are one of the important needs for green and healthy textiles,but there are still challenges such as complex preparation processes and low performance.Therefore,this study innovated the preparation ideas of negative ion fabrics and proposed a new method for preparing functional finishing negative ion fabrics.The online continuous finishing technology of high load and high negative ion release negative ion functional liquids and their functional textiles was studied,and the influence of negative ion solution concentration,treatment time,ratio,etc.The performance of the final multifunctional textiles was systematically investiga-ted.The experimental results indicated that the concentration of negative ion finishing solution had a significant effect on the negative ion release ability.This research provides important reference and in-spiration for the production and application of negative ion functional fabrics.
