Abstract：The importance of standard working hours in digital management of contemporary gar-ment manufacturing enterprises was analyzed in this paper.By comparing and analyzing the methods of obtaining standard working hours,a method of obtaining standard working hours that conforms to the hostorical background was put forward.The combination of PTS method and computer technolo-gy is accurate and efficient,which will help textile and garment enterprises realize industrial digitali-zation and management informatization,and improve the management ability and market competitive-ness of garment manufacturing.
