Preparation and Performance Study of Environmentally Friendly Superfine Fiber PU Leather for Winter Fur Hats

Abstract：In this paper,the environmentally friendly ultra-fine fiber PU leather winter leather hat fabric was designed and produced,through the application of a pad dyeing process,with ultra-fine fi-ber material as the base fabric and DMF free waterborne polyurethane as the main material,and vari-ous performance tests were conducted on the prepared PU leather,including:DMF content,tear re-sistance test,peel strength,folding fastness,etc.The results show that PU leather products have ex-cellent properties of tear resistance,bending resistance,friction resistance and so on as well as better hand feel and more environmentally friendly production process.
