Abstract：To explore the application of computer simulation technology to optimize and improve the air flow field of the cotton outlet of JWF1125 cleaning machine,combined with the results of spin-ning tests,the influence mechanism was illustrated of the section width of the cotton outlet and the position of the fiber released by the opening beater on the airflow in the fiber transfer process.It is be-lieved that the application of simulation technology can not only optimize the process for the product structure,but also shorten the product development cycle,reduce the research and development costs,and improve the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.
