Research on Carding Machine Intelligence Based on Mutation Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm

Abstract：This article applied intelligent optimization algorithms and other technologied to car-ding machines.By optimizing and processing the collected cotton web images,the maximum entropy threshold segmentation method based on mutation particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to segment the images.Through MATLAB simulation experiments and comparative analysis,it was proved that the algorithm introduced in this article could quickly and accurately identify cotton knots and impuritied in the cotton web.
