A Digital Steam Ironing System Based on Electromagnetic and Zigbee Technology

Abstract：Due to the invisible parameters,heavy weight,and difficult to operate of industrial irons applied in garment production,a digital steam ironing system based on the electromagnetic and zigbee technology was designed,by using the softwares such as SolidWorks and Altium Designer to establish an ironing equipment model on the basis of the virtual simulation technology,several im-provement directions based on the relevant factors affecting ironing quality were proposed and the method to manipulate the temperature parameters during the ironing process was also provided.On the basis of the traditional steam iron,the electromagnet technology,steam pressure and flow sensing technology,were added to the system to realize the visualization and adjustment of the parameters and the intelligent monitoring in the process of the production of the garment industry.
