Method Verification and Evaluation of Uncertainty for Determination of Heavy Metal Arsenic in Textiles by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrophotometry

Abstract：The content of arsenic in textiles was determined by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy.The linear range,detection limit,quantitation limit,accuracy and precision of the method were stud-ied and analyzed,and the uncertainty was evaluated.The results show that the detection limit of this method was 0.007 mg/kg,the quantitative limit was 0.017 mg/kg,the precision was less than 10％,and the relative standard uncertainty was 2.4％.The laboratory can meet the detection requirements of the standard method.
