Abstract：Through the design and installation of photoelectric correction and anti-curling device and PLC programming control system,the production quality of hot melt film composite machine and the running speed and tension of key points can be controlled online.Production practice has proved that the implementation of quality control points can effectively solve the problem of easy deforma-tion,easy curling and easy deviation of fabric,ensure quality standards,reduce costs and improve benefits.
