Study on Dyeing of PLA/Modal Blended Fabric With Madder Pigment and Its Protective Performance

Abstract：Through immersion dyeing experiments,the dyeing process of 65％PLA/35％Modal blended fabric with madder pigment was studied,and the optimal dyeing conditions were determined.The anti UV and antibacterial properties of dyed fabric were also studied.The results show that at the temperature of 100 ℃,time of 30 minute,and pH value of 6,the color was bright and the color depth K/S value was high.After dyeing with madder,the fabric had excellent UV resistance and maintained high antibacterial properties.
