Abstract：In this paper,comparative experiments on energy consumption between self-made high-frequency induction electromagnetic heating roller and traditional thermal oil heating roller were intro-duced during the heating,insulation,and cooling stages.The results showed that under the same tes-ting conditions,the surface temperature uniformity of high-frequency induction electromagnetic heat-ing roller was good,the thermal efficiency was high,and energy consumption was significantly re-duced.This provided a reference for the industrial application of high-frequency induction heating roll-ers in the printing and dyeing industry.
