The Development and Practice of Bubble Denim

Abstract：The design of tissue specification and production process of bubble denim was described in this paper.The bubble denim was produced on a double-axis loom,and the tension of the two wea-ving axes was controlled through special weaving process,and the bubble ratio was adjusted to make the fabric full,clear,and three-dimensional.After finishing process,the first-class rate of fabric was up to 99%.
