Abstract：The research status of P/N type,inorganic,organic and composite thermoelectric ma-terials were elaborated in this paper,PEDOT based thermoelectric materials and their applications in the field of PEDOT textiles were analyzed.It points out the difficulties faced in the development of PEDOT based thermoelectric materials,and proposes to modify PEDOT based high conductivity pol-ymers to enhance the conductivity and flexibility of PEDOT based thermoelectric materials,which is one of the future research trends.
