Study on Influence Factors of Synthetic Blood Penetration Test of Protective Clothing

Abstract：According to the anti synthetic blood penetration test in GB 19082-2009 Technical re-quirements for single-use protective clothing for medical use and YY/T 0700-2008 Clothing for pro-tection against contact with blood and body fluids-Determination of the resistance of protective cloth-ing materials to penetration by blood and body fluids-Test method using synthetic blood,the key fac-tors affecting the anti synthetic blood penetration test was explored in this paper,mainly including:the surface tension of synthetic blood,the rate of applying pressure,sample type,using of metal sup-port net and judgment of test end point.By evaluating the influence of key factors on the test results,the operation suggestions were put forward,which was conducive to improving the accuracy of the test results.
