Abstract：Hypertrophic scar is patholoical scar, which is easy to suffer from traumatism.Because of its reliable curative effect and convenient, pressure therapy based on the textile is deemed as one of the main means to treat the hypertrophic.This article discussed the development and limitation of pressure therapy based on the textile.It was mainly about the treatment principle of pressure therapy, the development and limitation of pressure therapy, compression garment accurately made and measuring method for the clothing pressure, combined pressure therapy.
