Study on the Technology of Vat Dyes Colored Discharge Tie-dyeing

Abstract：The paper studied the vat dyeing method and dyeing process conditions effected on pattern and color.Through the experiments, the optimized technological conditions are shown that, the concentration of sodium hydrosulfite(85%) of 6.5 g/L~13.5 g/L, the concentration of NaOH(100%) of 6.5 g/L~13.5 g/L, temperature of 50 ℃~60 ℃, time of 10 min~20 min, bath ratio: sodium hydrosulfite(85%) ∶ NaOH(100%) of 1∶30.It innovated the method, enhanced the quality, provided references for studying the technology of tie-dyeing.
