Abstract：The self-setting fuzzy-PID control of cotton cleaning &carding combination continuous feeding cotton control system was designed with PLC as the main controller.The control method of self-turning fuzzy PID was used.According to varying performance state,the parameters of PID con-troller were adj usted to get good dynamic and static control quality and improve the quality of cotton sliver.
