Development of Knitted Blended Acrylic/Fine Denier Yarn Spun with Superfine Viscose/Viloft
Abstract：The properties of superfine acrylic, fine denier viscose and viloft fiber were analysed. The spinning process was formulated according to the characteristics of different fibers. The A/R/ VILOFT 60/20/20,19.2 tex knitted blended yarn was developed. The spinning parameters were optimized, the main technical difficulties occurred in the process of spinning were researched.
