Abstract：According to the wide range investigation, collection and arrangement of mass data, the microcosmic strategic environment of chinese textile industry cluster were analysed from ten aspects, such as, cluster concept, public service platform construction, etc. , to provide the basis for the key point and choice of chinese textile industry cluster development strategy.
