Composition and Identification of Soybean Protein Fiber
Abstract：The composition and processing technology of soybean protein fiber is described. The identification method of soybean protein fiber is tested and analyzed. The characters of soybean protein fiber is compared with that of cotton, wool, silk and viscose, and an efficient method to identify it is put forward.
