Practice of Developing Bamboo Charcoal/Shengma/Tencel Blended Spun Fabric
Abstract：The rational processmg parameters ana rechnical mare points in the trial of producing bamboo charcoal/ shengma/ Tencel blended spun yarn were introduced. The card silver mixed with Tencel and Shengma fiber, was then blended spun with bamboo charcoal fiber silver. The evenness tester was used to inspect and control quality. The process parameters in scutching process was adjusted to reduce the damage and loss of bamboo charcoal and Shengma fiber. The sizing tension was controlled to ensure sizing quality. And weaving process parameters were optimized to make the technology indexes of fabric reach the process design requirements.
