Innovative Practice to Reduce Turnover and Shorten Production Cycle in Wool Enterprises
Abstract：Main reasons of large turnover and long production cycle in wool textile enterprises were analyzed.Measures to control the turnover and shorten the production cycle in the actual production were discussed.An innovative concept of the establishment of the standardization system,yarn matching assessment rates and invalid volume was proposed to guid actual production,as well as being a positive reference for domestic wool enterprise management.
