Study on the Forming Technology of Chitosan/PVA Blending Films
Abstract：By the single factor method,this experiment has studied the matching of blend membranes of chitosan and PVA,the concentration and composition of coagulation bath,solidification time and the solidification temperature which have impact on breaking strength.The results show that the optimal factors are： the chitosan mass ratio is about 45%~55%;the concentration of NaOH is 5% and the NaOH solution with anhydrous ethanol volume ratio is 7∶3;the solidification temperature is about 50℃;The setting time is about 60s.
