Application of Lipopeptide Biosurfactants in Soaping
Abstract：Lipopeptide biosurfactants have the characteristic of low toxicity and no pollution.First reactive yellow KD-3G and reactive blue KN-G were used to dye cotton fabrics,then lipopeptide biosurfactants were used to soap as soaping agent.The results of experiment show that soaping effect and anti-staining property of lipopeptide biosurfactants are better than conventional soaping agent.The optimum process conditions were as follows： concentration of lipopeptide biosurfactants 0.10 g/L,bath ratio 1∶30,pH 9,reactive yellow KD-3G had been used to soap cotton fabric for 20 min at 80℃,reactive blue KN-G had been used to cotton fabric for soaping 30 min at 90℃.
