Abstract：This paper reported the development of new type textiles for color fastness to sublimation tester，introduced the designing structure and technique character．The printing and dyeing cloth was tested by this instrument，the results showed that temperature-control was nicety and the testing results was recurred．This is a credible examine method for improving the quality of printing and dyeing．
