Effect of Bundle Nursing Strategy on Reducing Ventilator-associated Pneumonia and Airway Obstruction in ICU Patients

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of bundle nursing strategy on reducing the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)and airway obstruction in ICU patients.Methods:A total of 45 ICU patients admitted from January 1 to May 31,2023 were selected as the reference group and given routine nursing care.And other 45 ICU patients admitted from June 1,2023 to January 1,2024 were se-lected as the study group,and the bundle nursing strategy was implemented.The incidence of VAP and airway obstruction was compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of VAP and airway obstruction in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The bundle nursing strategy has a significant effect on reducing the incidence of VAP and airway obstruction in ICU patients.
