Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention guided by health action process approach(HAPA)model in patients undergoing total hip replacement. Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty from January 1,2020 to January 31,2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the model group with 41 cases and the control group with 39 cases. The model group received nursing intervention based on HAPA model, and the control group received routine high-quality nursing intervention. The hip joint function(HHS),mental state(HAMD,HAMA),quality of life(GQOLI-74)and complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:After the intervention, the scores of all dimensions in HHS in the model group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the model group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),and those of the model group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The GQOLI-74 scores of the model groups were higher after intervention than those before intervention and the control group at the same time(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing intervention guided by HAPA model is helpful to restore the hip joint function, relieve negative emotions and improve the quality of life of the patients.
