Effect of Curved Supine Position combined with Developmental Feedback Nursing Model on Patients in Emergency Intensive Care Unit

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of curved supine position combined with developmental feedback nursing model on patients in emergency intensive care unit.Methods:A total of 96 patients admitted from July 1,2020 to July 31,2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the control group from July 1,2020 to June 28,2021 and the observa-tion group from July 8,2021 to July 30,2022,with 48 cases in each group.The routine nursing intervention was conducted in the control group,and curved supine position combined with developmental feedback nursing model was implemented in the observation group.The in-cidence of pressure injury,Braden score,skin microcirculation indexes including transcutaneous oxygen pressure(TcPO2),local capillary filling time,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:The inci-dence of pressure injury of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Braden scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the Braden scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The TcPO2 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),the local capillary filling time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01),the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Curved supine position combined with developmental feedback nursing model can effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure injury in patients in emergency in-tensive care unit,improve the skin microcirculation of patients,improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.
