Effect of Narrative Nursing Care Combined with Chain Kindred-Like Nursing Care on Psychological Status and Cancer-Related Fatigue of Pa-tients with Cervical Cancer

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of narrative nursing care combined with chain kindred-like nursing care on psychological state and cancer-related fatigue of patients with cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 108 patients with cervical cancer admitted from Febru-ary 1,2022 to February 1,2023 were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was additionally given narrative nursing care combined with chain kindred-like nursing care.The psychological status(BAI and BDI),cancer-related fatigue(CFS)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the BAI and BDI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the CFS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative nursing care combined with chain kindred-like nursing care can regulate the psychological state of patients with cervical cancer,relieve cancer-related fatigue and improve nursing satisfaction.
