Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of narrative nursing training program based on constructivism learning theory combined with MUSIC learning motivation theory on psychological resilience, subjective well-being and turnover intention of clinical nurses. Methods:From March to July 2024,80 nurses working in 6 hospitals in a city were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the experimen-tal group and the control group with 40 in each group by random number table method. On the basis of routine hierarchical training in the control group, the nurses in the experimental group received narrative nursing training based on constructivism learning theory combined with MUSIC learning motivation theory. The mental resilience(CD-RISC),general well-being(GWB)and turnover intention(IQS)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:After intervention, the score of CD-RISC of the experimental group was higher than that before intervention and the control group(P<0.01).The GWB and IQS scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion:Narrative nursing training based on the constructivist learn-ing theory combined with MUSIC learning motivation theory has a positive effect on psychological resilience and subjective well-being of nurses, and the turnover intention of nurses is reduced after the intervention.
