Application of Chronic Disease Management System Combined with Nutritional Guidance Intervention by Internet in Patients with Chronic Kid-ney Disease

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of chronic disease management system combined with nutritional guidance inter-vention by internet in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods:50 patients who received chronic disease management system intervention from October 1,2020 to July 31,2021 were selected as the control group,and other 50 patients who received chronic disease management system combined with nutritional guidance intervention by internet from August 1,2021 to May 31,2022 were selected as the combined group.The self-management ability,laboratory indexes,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction(NSNS)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After intervention,the score of self-management ability of the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),the levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),the levels of hemoglobin and serum albumin were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the score of quality of life was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of NSNS in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of chronic disease management system combined with nutritional guidance in-tervention by internet for CKD patients has a significant effect,which can improve the renal function and nutritional status of patients,im-prove their self-management ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
