Effect of Optimized Operating Room Nursing Combined with Psychological Counseling on Patients with Thoracolumbar Fractures Undergoing Percutaneous Vertebroplasty

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of optimized operating room nursing combined with psychological counseling on patients with thoracolumbar fractures undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).Methods:40 patients who underwent PVP from June 1,2020 to August 31,2022 were selected as the reference group and given psychological counseling,and another 40 patients who underwent PVP from Septem-ber 1,2022 to June 30,2023 were selected as the study group and given optimized operating room nursing combined with psychological coun-seling.The psychological state using SDS and SAS,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The SDS and SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.01),and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimized operating room nursing combined with psychological counseling can effectively im-prove the preoperative psychological state of patients with thoracolumbar fractures,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
