Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of behavioral intervention model of mindfulness-based stress reduction guided by Snyder's hope theory on lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods:A total of 63 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy, admitted from August 1,2021 to August 31,2022,were selected and divided into the reference group with 31 cases and the intervention group with 32 cases by the random envelope method. The reference group was given routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group was additionally provided the behavioral intervention model of mindfulness-based stress reduction guided by Snyder's hope theory. The compliance and nursing satisfaction, negative emotion(BAI and BDI),hope level(HHI),self-perceived burden(SPBS),cancer-related fa-tigue(RPFS),health behavior(HPLP-Ⅱ)and quality of life(FACT-L)of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results:The compliance rate and nursing satisfaction in the intervention group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Af-ter intervention, the BAI,BDI,SPBS and RPFS scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.01),and the HHI,HPLP-Ⅱ and FACT-L scores were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The behavioral interven-tion model of Mindfulness-based stress reduction guided by Snyder's hope theory can effectively alleviate the negative emotions,self-per-ceived burden,cancer-related fatigue, and can improve health behavior and quality of life of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
