Effects of Mindfulness-based Cognitive Intervention Combined with Doctor-nurse-patient Integrated Health Management Model on Patients with Endometriosis

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effects of mindfulness-based cognitive intervention combined with doctor-nurse-patient integrated health management model on disease cognition and self-management ability of patients with endometriosis.Methods:A total of 92 patients with endometriosis diagnosed and treated from February 1,2021 to December 1,2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random grouping method,they were divided into the study group and the control group,with 46 cases in each group.The doctor-nurse-patient integrated health management model was adopted in the treatment of patients in the control group,and the mindfulness-based cogni-tive intervention was additionally implemented in the study group.Both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.The disease cognition using ICQ,self-management using self-management behavior scale,self-efficacy and quality of life using GQOLI-74 were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the helplessness score in ICQ in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the scores of self-management,self-efficacy,GQOLI-74 and acceptance score in ICQ in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of mindfulness-based cognitive inter-vention and doctor-nurse-patient integrated health management model can not only improve the disease cognition and self-management abil-ity of patients with endometriosis,but significantly improve their quality of life.
