Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of the staged targeted intervention under the guidance of health concept on self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of patients with cerebral infarction in recovery period. Methods:A total of 110 patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period, admitted from June 1,2021 to November 1,2023,were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd-even grouping method, with 55 cases in each group. The staged targeted intervention was conducted in the con-trol group, and the staged targeted intervention guided by health concept was adopted in the observation group. The mood state(POMS),self-care ability(ESCA),coping ability(SCSQ),neurological function(ESS),motor function(FMA)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the positive mood score of POMS in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the negative mood score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention, the scores of ESCA,ESS and FMA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention, the positive coping score of SCSQ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the negative coping score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The staged targeted intervention under the guidance of health concept can improve the mood state and the self-care ability of patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period, and can also promote the recovery of nerve and motor function and improve nursing satisfaction of the patients.
