Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of out-of-hospital nursing care based on the dual-track interactive intervention model on pa-tients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods:A total of 88 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated at home from July 1,2020 to June 30,2023 were selected and divided into the routine group and the study group by the random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing care, and the study group was given out-of-hospital nursing intervention based on the dual-track interactive intervention model. The medication compliance(using Morisky Medication Compliance questionnaire)and nursing satisfaction after 6 months of intervention,self-management ability(AHSMSRS),disease prevention cognition level(the self-made health questionnaire),quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF)were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 6 months of intervention. Results:After 6 months of intervention, the medication compliance and nursing satisfaction in the study group were better than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention, the AHSMSRS,disease prevention cognition level and WHOQOL-BREF scores of the study group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The out-of-hospital nursing care based on the dual-track interactive inter-vention model can improve the medication compliance and self-management ability of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, further improve their knowledge of disease prevention and treatment, and can improve their quality of life and satisfaction of nursing care.
