Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of the co-intervention model of holistic nursing care and collaborative nursing care in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)by intestinal microbial regulation.A total of 64 children with ASD who were hos-pitalized and treated from January 1,2022 to March 31,2024 were enrolled. The children were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was provid-ed the co-intervention model.Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC),Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and Family Satisfaction Question-naire were used to evaluate the intervention and the effect was compared before and after intervention. Results:After the intervention, the dimension scores and total score of ABC and the total score of CARS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The family satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The co-intervention model of holistic nursing care and collaborative nursing care can improve the clinical effect in the treatment of children with ASD by intestinal microbial regulation, help children return to society, and can improve the quality of life and family satisfac-tion.
