Current Situation of Behavior of Nurses Receiving Standardized Training in Prevention of DVT under the Information-based System of Preven-tion and Treatment of VTE and Analysis of its Influencing Factors

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the current situation of behavior of nurses receiving standardized training in prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)under the information-based system of prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism(VTE)and analysis of its in-fluencing factors.Methods:The VTE risk assessment rate and prevention behavior execution rate of the hospital after the use of the informa-tion-based system were collected from January 1,2021 to December 31,2023.At the same time,the convenience sampling was used to se-lect nurses who were receiving standardized training in a Grade Ⅲ-A hospital from September 1 to December 31,2023,and the general in-formation and DVT prevention behavior of standardized trained nurses were collected.The single factor analysis and multiple linear regres-sion were used to analyze the influencing factors of DVT prevention behavior of standardized trained nurses.Results:The risk assessment rate of in-hospital VTE and the preventive behavior implementation rate of high-risk patients showed an upward trend,and the preventive behavior implementation rate of high-risk patients increased from 97.45％to 99.99％.The score of DVT prevention behavior of standard-ized trained nurses was(65.02±7.28).One-way analysis of variance showed that gender,department,the degree of attention and support for prevention of VTE by hospital managers,the degree of cooperation of clinicians,the form of training and the frequency of participation in training were the factors influencing DVT prevention behavior of standardized trained nurses(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors were the degree of attention and support for prevention of VTE by hospital managers and departments and training forms(P<0.01).Conclusion:The DVT preventive behavior of standardized trained nurses under the information-based system of prevention and treatment of VTE basically reaches the full coverage of medium and high risk inpatients.Meanwhile,hospital managers should keep on the improvement of information system and pay attention to high-risk departments and adopt diversified methods to provide standard-ized training for nurses,so as to improve the risk assessment rate and preventive behavior level and reduce the incidence of DVT.
