Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of early functional training combined with stimulation intervention in nursing care of patients with cerebral contusion and laceration. Methods:A total of 98 patients with cerebral contusion and laceration, admitted from January 1,2022 to February 29,2024,were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,49 patients admitted from January 1,2022 to January 31,2023 were selected as the control group, and the other 49 patients admitted from February 1 to February 29,2024 were selected as the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was provided early functional training combined with stimulation intervention. The waking state and the occurrence of adverse events, and the activities of daily living(ADL),neurological function recovery(GCS)and limb motor function(FMA-UE)before intervention and 15 days after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results:After 15 days of intervention, the GCS,ADL and FMA-UE scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The awakening rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Application of early functional training combined with stimulation intervention in patients with cerebral contusion and laceration can promote wakefulness,im-prove activity of daily living, promote the recovery of nerve and motor function, and can reduce the incidence of related adverse events.
